  • Government-issued identification details (for verification purposes)

  • Document information necessary for notarization or service completion

  • Payment and transaction details (securely processed through trusted platforms)

 

3. How We Use Your Information

 

Your information is used only to:

  • Verify identity and complete notarizations

  • Provide requested services (e.g., document lamination, fingerprinting, courier delivery)

  • Communicate regarding appointments, billing, or service updates

  • Maintain records required by state and federal law

We do not sell, rent, or trade client data under any circumstances.

 

4. Data Storage and Security

 

All records are stored securely, both physically and digitally. We use encrypted systems, password protection, and locked storage for sensitive materials. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

 

5. Disclosure of Information

 

Information may only be disclosed:

  • When legally required by subpoena, court order, or government request

  • When authorized by the client in writing

  • When necessary to prevent fraud or comply with state notary regulations

SignaSure may update this Privacy Statement periodically. Any revisions will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.

Services

Mobile Notary - $15 per signature + $25 Travel fee within 20 miles. $75 Travel Fee within 50 Miles. 

 

Online Notary - $10 Per Signature + $15 Convenience Fee.

​

Apostille & Authentication - $100 includes State tax fee ($5) + SignaSure Handling Fee ($95)

​

Additional Documents - $25 each

 

standard delivery - mailed | Expedited Apostille service - additional $50

​

Witness Services - $15 per person | $50 After hours fee (travel fee applies)

​

Certified Copy Services - $15 first copy | $10 each additional 

​

Mobile Scan-Back Services - $25 first 10 pages

​

Lamination - $5 per document

 

After Hours Fee  - $100 - 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM MDT. 

​

Wait time - $15 after 10 mins. 

​

Travel Fees apply to all services
